Hi there! I'm Katie Gilbert, and health and wellness is at the heart of everything I do. My journey in this realm has not only shaped who I am but has also ignited my mission to inspire and guide others towards their own well-being transformations. With 14 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach , this unique combination of skills allows me to understand injury risks and develop a plan to reach your performance goal.

Over the last 3 years I’ve dedicated my career to serving Public Safety departments. I currently work with two Fire and Rescue Departments and have collaborated with law enforcement offices to improve the fitness cultures and help departments meet the NFPA 1582 standards.
